What This Privacy Policy Covers
- This policy covers how Brighton treats personal information that Brighton collects and receives regarding information related to your use of Brighton products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
- Brighton services and products are developed for the use of, and distributed to, third party clients. Brighton encourages its clients to adopt privacy policies similar to, or more stringent, than its own. Brighton sells its services and products only to reputable and ethical clients. Brighton cannot be held responsible if a client chooses unethical or immoral use of the information that the Brighton products gather.

- When you register for a Brighton event, we ask that you provide basic contact information such as your name, address, and e-mail address. In addition, other questions specifically for an event might be asked and recorded so as to better equip the event hosts for customizing their event.
- Upon successful registration, you automatically opt in for Brighton service communications, as specified on the Web form.
- Brighton collects personal information when you register with Brighton, when you use Brighton products or services, when you visit Brighton pages or the pages of certain Brighton partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Brighton may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
- Brighton automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Brighton cookie information, and the page you request.
- Brighton uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

- Marketing messages about Brighton: We may send you marketing messages related to our services you receive, for example, encouraging you to register for more Webinars or extend your Web event presence.
